I have been concentrating a great deal on coin magic lately and own a number of gaff coins- copper silver brass, scotch & soda, hopping half, split coins, Mirage set, shells, flippers, etc... However; I have discovered a few, more obscure (to me, at least), gaffs that I am unfamiliar with... If anyone could shed some light via p.m. or otherwise, I would be grateful...
So, Locking-Sliding shells?? Slippery Sam gimmicks?? TIA, -Allen M. |

Check out Come fly with me by mark mason then. You not only get the coins but a routine as well. Good luck on the search.

Surely you found the full discussion of Steve Dusheck's Slippery Sam Combination Coin set by none other then Steve Dusheck himself and it's links to the sliding gaff and how (and who) added the locking feature in what marketed coins across item?
Reading is fundamental. If you like billiards (start with Mark Wilson if you have not already learned that stuff) - the Mark Mason item could get your doing those type of routines with coins nicely.

The specific reference was helpful. I found the thread from '04 that helped. A lot.
Thanks. -A |
