I recently purchased The Red Carpet effect after a lecture by Jason Palter entitled, "Paltered Reality". Before I present this effect for the first time, I would like to add a few more gags and bits of business as I talk about some of the stars in the booklet. Here are a few I might use. For Arnold Schwartzenegger playing chess. You say using his accent and tone, "I'll be black!" Did you hear that Rosanne lost 30 pounds. She shaved her legs! I read in the National Enquirer that so and so gave up drinking, smoking and sex. Apparently , it was the longest 20 minutes of his life! Did you know that all of these sketches are stars; however, you probably didn't realize that stars spelled backward is R A T S. Just look at Humphrey Bogart......"You...you dirty rats, you!" I know there are many more general and specific gags, jokes and short stories about stars out there, so add them to this thread and it could be a starting point for all of the Red Carpet owners out there. With the right music, jokes and gags, the Red Carpet could become one of my signature effects.I thought about buying this effect for over a year and I haven't regretted buying it;however, each performer has to make it his own.
