My routine is generally a Do AS I Do routine with Silk to Egg. It is great comedy but for some shows I am probably changing to the Silk to Egg/20th Century Silk that Bob routines in his instructions. It will depend on the Show.
However, Bob, we need to get together, because I am doing a lot of One World Many Stories shows (and not just reading shows) I may want to get a set of Brown Eggs again so I can explain about eggs in Europe and work that into the show (2 gimmicked Brown Eggs) Mike

Mike,
The brown eggs are gaining popularity for something I never considered. People who live in areas that only have white eggs are using the brown eggs for the Walk-around Silk to Egg because the brown eggs are so convincing as real eggs. We have learned something else about the eggs I did not know. If the eggs are subjected to iodine, when you do wash them the white parts will turn grayish. We have only had that problem in Canada. We don't have a solution for that. If I had one to experiment with, I would try bleach and sun light to see if the white color can be brought back.

On the eggs that are discolored, have you tried a (pardon the obvious pun) a magic eraser? That cleans almost everything! I travel with one in my magic trunks.
Wonder is very necessary in life. When we're little kids, we're filled with wonder for the world - it's fascinating and miraculous. A lot of people lose that. They become cynical and jaded, especially in modern day society. Magic renews that wonder.

Hello Bob, I just purchased "Silk 2 Egg" by Cody Fisher and would love to buy two of your eggs, 5 of your silks, and any silk stickers you may have...but for the life of me, I cannot get your website to work.

Hello Maddy,
I sent you an email so I could use attachments. The Cody Fisher Silk 2 Egg is very popular. We supply props to many magicians using it. To do Cody's routine you will need two gimmicked eggs and five matching silks. Using 18" silks the total is under $50. (That includes props and shipping.) I recommend that you actually add $5.00 and get the set that will also allow you to do the Walk-Around version of Silk to Egg too. (With shipping that is still less than $55.) You have some choices: You can have white or brown eggs. For silks, you have color choices of Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Light Green, Orange or Hot Pink. (Of course the stickers match.) Since I am not a retailer, I do not maintain a retail site. However, I'm usually at The Magic Café. Also I am at many lectures and magic conventions throughout the year. Thank you. I just received my eggs from Mr. Sanders. They are PERFECT. Wow. I'm so impressed. The eggs are great quality but the silks are great quality too. I'm in love with these props already. It's going to be a blast to perform.

Mr. Sanders has excellent customer service too. I had some problems with the egg due to my own fault, and Mr Sanders went out of his way to help me out.

Unfortunately egg props over the years have been far from uniform. Too many didn't even look like an egg, much less feel like one. It has made for some very dissatisfied magicians with purchases they were embarrassed to own and use. It hurts all of us.
It makes me even more grateful to those of you who are satisfied customers and tell others. Thank you! Magicians helping magicians is what the Magic Café is advertised to be. Thank you. I have both of Bob's Silk to Eggs in brown and white and love them both! I concur with everyone else regarding workmanship and quality!
Most of all, once you deal with Bob Sanders, you not only get the most AWESOME silks and silk props in the world, but you also get a wonderful friend for life! Bob and Lucy are the best! I met them as a customer, and they have become very dear friends! They are two in a million!
