Coincidentally, I bought one rather similar to it at Target yesterday. The Target votive holder is also glass, but its design is less arty and more cartoon-ish (very exaggerated zygomatic arches). It measures approx. 3"h x 3"w x 4.5"d. On the plus side, it cost only $5.99 (+tax) and came filled with skull and bone candy bits. Yum.

Here is my crystal skull. It's from Brasil and always obtains a good reaction from spectators. I never found any other (except on the web).
