Ah, just got back from doing a bizarre magic film night for the department of psychiatry.... I showed the 1948 version of the Queen of Spades - I highly recommend bizarrists to see it - had some wonderful eerie scenes, and I basically duplicated the magic of the Comte De Saint-Germain's secret at winning cards and some ghostly visitations...

I just love the Halloween week! Tomorrow I commune with the goddesses and then summon the dead!

Don't you all just love this field???!!!!

Wow - getting both these films for $20 is essential!!
My first ever stage show was called "Dead of Night" in honour of this film which still creeps me out to this today; and whilst everyone always talks about THAT vent' doll, the words "Just room for one more inside sir," will always make me shudder!
Great find Clifford!

Yep, Dead of Night is a classic - room for one more! Stolen by a Twilight Zone episode years later...

The British are truly the masters of spectral horror - throw in Night of the Demon, The Innocents, etc....

Doc Steve, you and the UK gang are LUCKY... I just got Wendigos to work with.
