Has anyone been in contact with Mad Jake? I've sent emails and placed a number of calls to RNT but have not received a response in almost 2 weeks. I spoke to him sometime ago and he had indicated he has been ill. I hope his health has improved and there is nothing seriously wrong with him.

I hope Jake is well and good and recovering better each day.

The RNT II mailserver misses more emails than it gets. So far to this date I haven't missed any emails that I know of using the new Verizon account.

Mr. Tong, thank you for your concern, but unfortunately dad is getting worse rather than better.

I can be reached here, please allow me some time to get back with you as I have both morning and evening classes until next month and I'm trying to get all back orders and current orders out as quickly as possible. I'm about 75% caught up.

Epiphany has been thrust into an unenviable role. She has been catching up on back orders quite well.

I talked to Jake this morning, as usual, always so helpful, and supportive of his magic friends/customers. Epiphany is making some rings for me, and I cannot be more thrilled with her personal attention, and service.
