Greetings All,

I got word today Al went in for bypass surgery. He was going to be at the Kutztown Convention this Saturday but will not make it due to the surgery.

I wish him well and my thoughts and prayers are with him and family.

Al wanted everyone to know, and to the people who were planning on seeing him at the convention that he hopes to see you all soon.

Get Well Al!

Al

If you can see this, get well soon.

If you cannot see it, same thing, but you don't know about it. Smile

Best wishes, and heal well and fast.

WOW it is my friend Al Angello. Man I had no idea at all. I was just talking with him online a few days ago. I wish him the very best for a speedy recovery. I will also keep him and his family in my prayers as I hope all you do as well.

Holy Cow. Al was just getting ready to come to Metro Magic on Sunday and he was posting on Monday. This is sad news. I hope someone is relaying all of our getting well sentiments to him and wishes for a speedy recovery.

Al,
Get Well soon. I went through all this the past two years with my father first and then my mother in law. You will probably have to change some habits (shouldn't we all!) but a long full life is still ahead of you.

I tell you guys I am getting a little worried. Joe Lefler, Tim Dermeer, Al, Greg Bordner. I hope to heck this is not some new Magic disease.

Al,

Like everyone else I wish you a quick and full recovery.

We all want to see you back here soon - maybe we should meet in Bali for a drink.

I have a feeling this is not due to the celebration of the Phillies winning. It is probably from the SHOCK of them winning! God forbid my hometown team, (Pittsburgh) ever wins, I might spontaneously combust.

Get well soon Al!

Anyone want to take bets on how long it will be before he's in his room juggling an IV bag, a pillow, and a bed pan for the nurses?

Best wishes my friend! Get well!

Goodness...I need to come to this forum more often. I'm making it a point to do so in the future.

Al, get well, and remember: you're allowed to flirt with the nurses...it's expected after heart surgery.

Having had a team of doctors tramp around in my chest to replace a mitral valve earlier this year, I wish Al all the best. Hopefully this means they discovered the blockages before there was any heart damage and in the long run he will be hail and hearty like never before.
