Turning eggs...easier said than done!
Has anyone ever opened all the eggs and put 'em into a plastic back then boil the whole shebang? Then you can dump the blob into a bowl and make egg salad. |

My wife cooks them for me.
So do that with a woman or man of your choosing (unless they think they aught to have a say in the arrangement), and wa-lla perfect eggs.

I cook my eggs upside down.
To feed Josh. No, I'm not his wife. I'm his lover. He doesn't want me to say that in public, but...you know...a real MAN like Josh wants to claim possession (it's a testosterone thing), so I'm letting the world know that he's mine. Uh...I mean...I am his. Or something like that. Grammar fails me right now. Grammar wouldn't approve of this relationship. |

Grammar just puts a pot of water on the stove and puts the eggs in the boiling water.

I was, until this time, unaware of my current relationship with Stone.
I really must pay more attention to those I am in intimate association with. also I must pay more attention to the country I am currently living in.

Ingredients for 4 persons
8 farm eggs less than 3 days old. See salt Indonesian Sarawak white pepper or Malabar white pepper Preparation The key is in constantly measuring the temperature of the water. Boiling has to be avoided at any rate. The eggs must cook below 90°C When getting near a temperature around 70°C we reach the ideal temperature to get a perfect egg white cooking (62°C) and for the yalk (68°C) Keep the proper water temperature by adding cold water: it has to be maintained between 68 and 70 °C Naturally the cooking will be substantially longer, but this is the trade off for unique eggs. After 30 minutes one gets perfectly cooked ideal soft eggs After one hour we get ideal hard boiled eggs. Thus we get a mellow and melting egg white completely different from the usual elastic or rubbery white. The yalk on its side fully releases its rich aroma while remaining melting instead of absorbing our saliva like a sponge. Simply serve it with salt and pepper or with chopped tomatoes or with hand made mayonaise and parsley. It's just the perfect egg Like magic, it takes a bit of practice and a careful focus

Do this for a few minutes. 8) LEAVE EGGS IN THE POT OF WATER. I leave them in the fridge over night then pour out the water in the morning, dry the eggs and they are perfect for pealing and eating! I make a killer Deviled Egg and an excellent egg salad. I also use them in my Spinish salad. Mange! |
