I saw someone performing a routine where he has a medium sized silk and drapes it over his fist. He then he yanks the silk of his hand and he is holding a roughly 3' wrist watch. What is the name of this trick? I am really interested in using this in my show and would appreciate your help.

Didn't Chris Carey do something like this about 15 years ago?

I have been selling my version in my lectures at least that long. The watch used in the video is not one of mine, however. That segment was edited and impossible to tell where and when he stole the load.

Yes, Chris did do something similar. Michael's is different.
