Absolutely brilliant. I hope people catch the last phrase - "He just sold his collection to a collector for 20 million dollars. The guy has learning difficulties - can't read or write, he says.

The only thing I have seen to match this was similar work done by an artist in Ukraine.

This man is an incredible artist.
My ex-cat was named "Muffin". "Vomit" would be a better name for her. AKA "The Evil Ball of Fur".

That is just so incredible that my mind staggers at the impossibility of what he accomplishes. Paints them with a hair plucked from the back of a housefly!!!!

I can't even draw a dog on request but because I can dance, play some instruments and do magic, people call me artistic. They need to watch this. I am stunned.

Just goes to prove the old aphorism: You can do whatever you set your mind to.

Now hold that thought, and to add to it, just exactly HOW do you pluck a single hair off a flys back, anyway?????

And,...cleaning up the brushes afterwards must be a royal pain in the a**.

Seriously, just goes to prove that sometimes the accepted standards for brilliance are sadly and miserably inadequate and out of touch with the person or work to which they are applied.

That story did more to reinforce and prove the greatness of the human spirit, human dignity and the human potential than reading any (or all?) of the great philosophical works on the subject.

Even after seeing the story, I cannot begin to comprehend how this person was able to even come up with the idea of attempting such a feat!!

Way to go Willard Wigan!! You rock!!!

Mike

P.S. I wonder what great untapped and unknown potential each of us has within us?

(Mr. Wigan's achievments certainly puts our plaintive cries about not being able to a good double lift, classic pass or classic palm, or "XXX" (i.e., you fill in the blanks) into proper perspective, doesn't it.)
Magic is a vanishing Art.

This must not be Kansas anymore, Toto.

Eschew obfuscation.
