Ok,

I am aware that Jim pace improved the Inviso Torch and now calls it the Phoenix Fire.
I am interesting in getting the Phoenix, but the magic suppliers are all selling Inviso Torch.
Are they really selling Phoenix and calling it Inviso Torch still?

To answer my own question,
both versions are being sold.
So if you want the newer one make sure you buy the Phoenix.

Wish I knew this before I bought the inviso torch. I find the inviso torch a little awkward to work with.
