Is it a locking expanded shell? I was wondering the quality. I couldn't find anything on the Café about it. Are they soft or more uncirculated?
roses are green, violets are yellow...oh and i'm color blind

I saw a Morgan up close and personal and thought it looked pretty good! The one I handled was slightly worn but not soft and no it does not have a locking feature!
