The effect: you blow up a balloon, and when you pop it a different color balloon is still in place.
Anyone know if they sell these type of balloon set up, or you have to make it yourself? |

Um...seems pretty simple to me. How difficult is it to make it yourself?

All you have to do is stuff one balloon inside another and inflate the outer balloon a little more than the inner balloon. You can then tie the nozzles as if they were one nozzle as one will be inside the other. When it is time to present, pop the outer balloon by your favorite method and experience the shock and awe.

Thanks. I have tried that method, it works OK; I just want to see if there's a better way.

Make the outside balloon larger. Pop from the opposite side from the nozzle.
