Just stopped by Stevens Magic and picked this up. It is very clever and nicely made. I had a chance to work with it for a while before I bought it and definetly decided it is a keeper.

Yes indeed. It is a very nicely made box. I love all Mikame's crafts. There are some new stuffs coming from him lately too.

This looks like an attractive apparatus.

I think the "original" method/design for the VISIBLE penetration was the brainchild of Jim Swoger...

He may be the originator, I don't really know. But yeah Mikame always makes nice stuff...

I checked it out at our local shop.

It wasn't my favourite of the Mikame effects, as it lacked the inginuity of some others, but I agree, it is very nicely made. And simplicity is often the method.

This looks cool, I am going to have to see one up close now..

It looks great, I will order it tonight.

How difficult is this effect? Good for friends and family type dinner effect?

Hi! This is my first post on the Café. How exciting! I know this is an old thread but I was hoping someone could help me. I purchased Mikame’s Visual Block Penetration from an estate sale but instructions are not included. I would very much appreciate a copy of them if available. As this is an out of print effect it was quite expensive and I’d like to be able to perform it properly. Thank you!

I have a lot of success in obtaining Mikame English instructions from them.

I have a copy of the instructions, but they are in Japanese with photographs.

My prop arrived today. It’s a very clever piece of apparatus. It even fooled me while I was practicing. What a lovely gift Okito and Mikame left us.

I am looking for missing instructions to a Mikame effect I own. (I also sent you a PM about it).

It seems there is no one in Japan who has maintained any sort of archive of Mikame's work ? Do you know if Mikame did not have any heirs or did
the heirs simple decide not to continue the business in any way or even to maintain a legacy website of any kind ? I haven't been able to find any
trace of Mikame's former company online , except old , broken links from 10 years ago.
