If ring and card given out as a momento still linked , could the specs discover the method under strict scrutiny at home ?

Thanks for the wicked review Bryan!

nanaswan, due to the way the gimmick is designed, the chances of them finding the method is very improbable. However, of course I have taken the potential fears into consideration and have added a few tips, handlings and thoughts on the matter.

Just to let you know that the Release of GatheRing should be very soon and possibly by the end of today!

Best Wishes,

Okay so here is an idea I have been discussing with Jamie that is a cool way to do the effect...but one thing you have to know how to do Tagged by Richard Sanders.

You perform Tagged as taught...have card selected...lose in deck...wave cards over your necklace and their card links...take the card off your necklace which now has two holes (and is the gimmick for Gathering) in it where the necklace went through it. Then you tell them that was rude of me this is your selected card not mine so I should put it onto your necklace. You take their necklace and if it is long enough to reach out while still on their neck even better...you then take their card and link it to their necklace right in front of their eyes and then just let it drop and watch it gracefully swing back and forth attached to their necklace with nothing for them to find and they can keep forever. Really cool souveneir!

After viewing the demo vid & going thru the various posts, I think this is a very versatile method of linking many different objects besides a Ring.

Jordanjohnson has suggested a nice variation to Tagged. But I would like the effect to be simple & direct. Here is how I would like to perform the effect:

The spectator selects any card (free choice) from the deck and signs it. Two holes are made in the selected signed card and the card is linked, not on the magician's necklace, but on the spectators necklace. This will be a neat variation to Tagged – a direct & hard hitting effect. I feel this is very much possible - but I might be WRONG.

Just a thought!

Got it..
Have not tried to make the gimmick yet, looks easy enough though and it looks like a real killer.

Going to knock the socks off people using this along with tagged by sanders..
Great effect Jamie..
Thanks
