Hey Dan, I was in Atlantic city today (yes I won some money) and I happened to see a mechanical dove outside one of the shops on the Boardwalk. I went to check it out and the guy said he had several boxes of them. He wouldn't tell me where he got them from but said he just got them in March.

Why would you warn people about this site, they ARE IN BUSINESS, talked with them today.

If http://www.crossroadscorner.com was out of business they would not be paying the bills and the server would remove the site, there is another reason your warning is unjustified.

Be careful of this site. It looks like they may have gone out of business and just forgot to take down the pages.

JYB, Welcome to the Magic Café.

Spellbinder was talking about the manufacture who makes the objects we are trying to purchase, the flying birds. That manufacture might be out of business or not make the birds anymore like Dan mentioned. Spellbinder was not talking about the retail online shop might be out of business. But the retail online shop might not sell the flying birds anymore, but have not taken down the items on their website yet. You read it as a misunderstanding. And be ready because you will run into a lot of misunderstandings, just like most members here.

And Dan is so good of a magician that he might be fooling us. Smile

The wings do fold in, but it's still wider than an average size dove. The eyes light up. On top of the wings there are black stains making the feathers look real. I recommend painting the wings 100% white. The wings fold out only manually, not automatically. At first when I put the batteries in, it would not work. I was thinking about sending it back. I flickered with the batteries, now it works. The biggest draw back is the noise. It runs loud when on. I recommend having music on too once displayed. The titled reads "Flying Dove". All it does is flaps it's wings. It comes with a hang support and string so it will go around in circles once hung.

It can be presented several ways in a act. One way is to show it is fake at the beginning. Next, put it in a box to show it has turn real. On the video when Dan performs it, spectators thought it was real at first, but Dan shows it is mechanical, next he turns it real.

I would recommend it for the cheap price of $9.50.

A fake dove can be purchased a different place. I think it is different from the toy dove I purchased earlier: http://www.seomagic-usa.com/catalog/prod......s_id/475 The reason it seems different is because it can fit in smaller places. The toy dove I purchased above does not compacts too a size shown on the video.

When my magic shop orders them, I will take a peek at one. If it is different from the toy dove I ordered earlier, I will give a review.

Seo's doves are back in stock.

I just ordered one.

A Nielsen Dove is in my show right now.

I think the animated dove will be a interesting addition to my show.

Just got fake flying dove from SEO Magic.

The wings are some kind of white material.

Look cool and works great.

I looks like SEO may have reworked the wings.

I have never seen another to compare it with.

How do the wings expand by itself? Is there a spring on both? Do they lock in place? I would like to get one soon.

Just turn on the switch under left wing and they unfold and start flapping.

The wings don't lock in place. They fold back for storage

You get a plastic dove shaped mold to store it in.

Now I just trying to think of a way to make my audience laugh with this thing.
