Anyone heard anything about this? Not much info on MJM about it. Not even a demo. But, it sounds kind of cool. Tim

The effects on the DVD and lecture notes are far beyond your abilities. (They require mastery of the mechanic's grip.) It would only break your heart. Sincerely, Darwin Ortiz.......(This post has got to be in my top 5.) |

Thanks for the links RIVARDJLR and pegasus!
NICE! Wow, What a great demo! The effect is shown quite a few times. Very refreshing in this day of Springing cards in slow motion for 30 seconds and 0.5 seconds of the effect that you see in demos these days. After seeing the demo I think I might have to pick this up. Very, very visual. Tim

Looks nice, but also looks a lot like the Slither gimmick

I'm a little torn here. I really want to pick this up, but I've been saving my nickles and dimes (I had to put myself on a magic budget) for 'The Thing Platinum edition'.
Chris, If you would please post your feelings on this when you get it, I would really appreciate it. Best, Tim

Here's our biggest problem: they now release TOO much great magic. It's true. I can't remember a time when this much "A" material was released.
If the effect is as good as that demo and works in the real world, then I'll be pleased. The ad on Hocus-Pocus said "A spectator selects a card and signs it. Go through the deck, take two other cards and place all the cards together. Turn their SIGNED card face up between the other two cards. With a SNAP of your fingers, their signed card visually vanishes"! I'm "guessing" that they sign a two of hearts and you place a two of hearts between the two indifferent cards, but it's not the signed two. That's OK as the illusion of the two vanishing is what will be the gasp getter ( in theory ). I have a routine for it, that I hope will work. Let's see if it lives up to that incredible demo!
