J.R.,
I may have to see you there, Magical May Day sounds like a lot of fun. I saw Ammar a few years ago at The Theory of Art and Magic thing in Allentown and he was very good.

I hope you can get the notice up on some of your club's Web pages. They are hopelessly out of date, still advertising 2005 and 2008 events, with no mention of what's coming up this May.

Which website are you referring to? I just looked at our club's page and I didn't see anything from 05 or 07. Our website is http://www.centralpamagic.org/. And we should have a site dedicated to MayDay up and running soon.

Todd and Ryan, look forward to seeing you both there!

That's the one- mostly 2008 dates (I didn't mention 2007). The other one is Hershey Magic's site: http://www.hersheymagic.com/; 2008 on the main page, but if you go searching through their site for lectures or conventions, you come to: http://www.hersheymagic.com/conventions.html

I feel like I'm trapped in a time warp; I guess no one else can see this except me.

You better, Mike. Or I'm going to give that case of Coors Light to someone else!

The website should be updated in the next few days, I'll post the official website when it's up.

Coors light? I was going to offer to do it if Mike didn't show up... but then I realized I can get water for free from the faucet LOL

On a serious note, thanks to Spellbinder for pointing out the old old page on my site! I've removed the outdated conventions from that page and left a link for the Magical May Day 2009 ( http://magicalmayday.com website ).

You're welcome! Now if those Upcoming Lectures at Hershey Magic, ie ...

Monday, October 6th 7PM - 9PM
Rick Maue

Friday, October 24th 7PM - 9PM
Aldo & Rachel Colombini

... are for 2009, congratulations on being ahead of the times. Otherwise, you've still got some more updating work to do! It would help if you make a rule to always include the year in any dates. Then we can figure out if you are forward thinking or lost in the times.
