Nice.... my friend Roger had a job for a couple years in Aptos California (next to Santa Cruz) as a caretake in a house on the beach. Seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, gated road and I mean this sucker was on stilts over the beach. The owner was on life support in San Francisco and her lawyer used it one week a year and Roger had to be gone during that time. It killed, we would go over and crash out and wave to the peasants on the beach. The place even had a Picasso! He was at a party there (or was it Salvidor Dali?) and drew a picture inside one of the cabnet drawers, they had glass up over it to protect it. We ceased being invited when my brother used the fire place to relieve himself. She died and that was it, Roger had to get a real place. (note: he didn't get paid very much if at all to be the caretaker)

I wish I could snorkel, dive and sail. I can feed fish, I used to have a tropical fish tank and also goldfish. I kept them for quite a number of years, perhaps they'll let me have the job because I'm quite happy go lucky and like fish.
I also have adapt hand abilities of retrieving mail. I am tempted to make a video of what I just said and send it to them to see what they say. I don't know if I could deal with the rejection though. How could I tell my friends and family I failed the interview for a fish feeder. |

"Just two days after the launch of the "best job in the world" campaign, hundreds of thousands of prospective candidates have flooded the site."
A raise coming for the publicist... I didn't notice this part before though - "Applications are open until February 22 and 11 short-listed candidates will be flown to Hamilton Island in early May for the final selection process." 11 chances instead of 1 for a free trip!! Where's that resume...?
