I have used the icue2 for many years now but it has just died finally. I will be contacting vsm to see if there is anything they can do to fix it, and then I will use it as my backup system. For that last several years it worked with no problems whatsoever. The key is to follow the instructions and use the correct generation ipod. I got mine with the click-feel remote which is great for using it in your pocket. Some of the advantages of this system is that you can create playlists on the fly VERY quickly using the ipod's "on the go" feature. Also, itunes is used to make your lists, etc, which I found very convenient. Some of the disadvantages are that the remote uses a system that makes you press quickly vs. hold down, which can take some getting used to.

As far as customer service - I have had great service with the icue2, but I have had not so great service/disappointment with the early version of the pa boombox they put out. PM if you want details.

As far as the mp3tech and ww, I just got this a few days ago and am very pleased with it as well. The remote is smaller and each button is pressed once and it does it's function - instead of the long vs. short mentioned above. The software that you use with the mp3's is very easy to do, but if you have all your songs on itunes you will need to convert them to mp3 format if they are not already in it. The wireless display, which is an extra optin is also very nice and shows you the name of the song playing and the song that is up next. Customer service has been quick and very polite - I had a couple of questions and they were quickly answered. You are given a cell phone number for tech support which is very nice.

Anyway, both do almost the same things - the mp3 tech has everything built in to it while the icue you have to have the ipod as well, but those are very minor to me. You will need to practice with either one you get but once you do it will become second nature to you.

I would recommend the wireless wizardy in the end due to the outstanding customer service.

PM me with any specific questions.

I have a couple of Wireless Wizardry's products. I have a MiniTech, and am switching over to the UltraTech. I never used the MP3-tech, so I can't comment on the product, but I can say WW has exceptional customer service.

After many years of use and abuse, my MiniTech started having problems. I called them, and they said to send it in and they'd take care of it. And they did. Quickly.

When I got the UltraTech, once again they were great in answering my questions and helping me get up and running.

So even though I can't make any recommendation on the product, I do, without any reservation, recommend the company.
