While cleaning up, I found two packets of cards but no instructions. I hope it's ok to post them here in case anyone recalls what the effect is called.

I dun find the names familiar to me at all. Can you PM me the exact name that is on the cards.
Your above description looks like they are normal deck of casino cards. Are they magic cards?
