Happy St Patrick's Day!
For each petal on the shamrock This brings a wish your way- Good health, good luck, and happiness For today and every day. Dance as if no one were watching, Sing as if no one were listening, And live every day as if it were your last These things, I warmly wish to you, Someone to love Some work to do A bit o sun A bit o cheer And a guardian angel always near. Go mbeannai Dia duit :patty:
There is nothing that remains so constant as change. Don't end up like concrete, all mixed up and permanently set.

Two Irishmen walked into a bar.
You'd think the second one would have ducked! Sable

Ah!! St. Patrick's Day! The one day of the year I drag out my shamrock socks and wear them!
Well, it's about bedtime, so the socks will be washed and put away until next year! Margarette
The only stupid question is the one not asked.

Thank heavens Paddy's Day only comes once a year! ... I don't think my head could endure more than the one.

Has anyone else ever noticed how all of these old friends are infected with smiley abuse? Apparently back in the day...you know, when the Café was young and friendly and filled with love and joy...everybody made good use of smilies.

I especially appreciate the 2002 St Patrick's day greeting from Peter Marucci, even though Peter has been absent from the Café for several years I still miss him.

And Top of the Morning to you Sir. I was just wondering why I feel lucky today. Got any tips for Cheltenham?
If there is a single truth about Magic, it is that nothing on earth so efficiently evades it.

I had my 3 Guinness to celebrate.
Here's a nice rendition of an Irish traditional song for you to enjoy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aoApELfgWcg And I think these are the lyrics, should anyone here be curious: http://www.celticlyricscorner.net/compilations/sleepy.htm
