Hiya Gang!
I didn't want to post anything until I had them done, but they'll be finished this weekend so... I've been commissioned by Fantasma Magic of New York City to make 44 special Limited Edition David Blaine autographed Split Spade "Anything Is Possible" bottles! I'm just putting the finishing touches on them now and, if I may say so myself, they look amazing! David has signed each one and the corks will have his logo on the top- awesome! They look like my original AIP bottle ( http://www.whatizit.net ) but have David's deck inside in a few colour choices (Gold, Black, Red, and Blue). They can be purchased right now at: http://shopping.fantasmamagic.com/proddetail.php?prod=4397 And we'll be getting some pics up soon. That's about it! Thanks for looking and remember, only 44 of these will be made, Jamie D. Grant Magic Café Columnist

The ad copy says 44 bottles and 4 artist proofs? Is that for your own collection Jamie?

$283 US sounds like quite a bit for a glass bottle and pack of cards - I would have thought the cards being inside the bottle would at least save of shipping, since it reduces space
In the ad copy they say the neck hasn't been removed and reattached, but they don't mention if the bottom's been removed and reattached or not, which seems the most obvious way to get it in there. If that's not the method they use, I must admit it seems impossible. |

So maybe you added a ZigZag to your shopping cart by mistake (that's a funny mental image)! Also, I'll let everyone keep guessing as to the significance of "44" for a little while longer (hint. No one's got it yet...) Thanks for looking! jamie

D is the fourth letter in the alphabet. Does DD stand for anything specific?
His Dive of Death he was hung at 44 feet. He broke the world record for holding his breath at 17 minutes and 4.4 seconds. |

The effects on the DVD and lecture notes are far beyond your abilities. (They require mastery of the mechanic's grip.) It would only break your heart. Sincerely, Darwin Ortiz.......(This post has got to be in my top 5.) |

Cardbiker, that will be with fedex I presume. If he changes it to USPS it will be greatly reduced. The pound is so weak against the dollar now that I have had to ban any more ordering from the states.

This is clearly blaine's homage to the 44th president of the united states and his triumph over adversity...
Barack Obama... anything is possible... come on guys... ;) Do I get a free bottle now? P.S. Interestingly enough in chinese numerology 44 is a number closely associated with death -- perhaps blaine's swan song is coming?

Lol,
Some great guesses but it's nothing that crazy dramatic! It's a number that commemorates something... Best! jamie
