Incidently, I don't think anyone ever actually answered the question.
One, if it just happened, put the tooth in water or milk to preserve it and get to the dentist within one or two hours and he might be able to reattach it. Two, if it happened awhile ago, the only thing to do is set up an appointment with the dentist who will use a ceramic paste to try and rebuild the tooth. I worked as a dental tech for a short while. I wasn't very good at it, but I did learn a little.
