I remember reading one time (but I don't remember where) that you could make your own by soaking a bill in some chemical. I am probably wrong but I thought it was something like Ammonium Nitrate. You might be able to find out what it is by searching the internet.

Ray Kosby showed a shrinking bill routine at The Session 2009. He told me he got his bill from Paul Green.

I got Paul Green's Shrunken Bill and Mini Wallet at the lecture and love them both! He has a great card routine with them as well. The bills feel real, well, because they are! Get them from Paul... they're great!
