I've only done car magic once in my life. I had recently bought a 2001 Honda S2000 and was showing it to a friend of mine - another magician. I told him that Honda had developed an incredible new anti-theft feature: to start the car you punch in a secret five-digit code using the radio buttons. I demonstrated: bing-bing-bing-bing-bing and the engine fired up! He was amazed.
A few weeks later he phoned to tell me that he'd read an article about the S2000 and learned about the starter button on the left end of the dashboard. |

I once owned a truck that you had to punch the dashboard to get the radio to play! Hell, even my 06 has a quirk that requires a smack on the dash to eject a CD sometimes!
