I'm in the process of getting a new logo designed, in preparation for rebuilding my website and promo materials. The group that is making the logo prepared the following four logos. I'd appreciated your thoughts as to which one you like the best. I also have the option of tweaking one of them, so if you have any tweaking ideas, please feel free to share.
Thanks. Logo 1 Logo 2 Logo 3 Logo 4 |

I'm partial to number 3. It has the right balance of identity and fun and it is memorable.

I like 3 too
Number 4 isn't bad either. 1 is okay-ish dis-like 2 |

I like 3 or 4. With logos it often depends on a variety of variables including (to name just a few) the image you are trying to project, and the market(s) you are targeting, and possibly the demographic of those you desire to call to action.
The logos are fine but lose that name - just kidding! |

3 & 4 are great. I might lean a little closer to 3... Has a more timeless look to it.
Who did these, if you don't mind me asking? |

Brian they look good. I think I lke three with a combo of 1. It says comedy magic I am not sure it is saying comedy in the logo though?? Maybe 3 does with the rabbit in the hat.

So far I'm partial to number 4, with number 3 a close second. One of the drawbacks of number 3 is the script for the name. I want to make sure the name is easy to read on my promo material (including the logo on my van), and I'm wondering if the "writing" style font would be a hindrance.
I've always billed myself as a "Children's Entertainer", but have recently began to change that image as I'm doing more family shows, and am also wanting to work in corporate areas (banquet shows, strolling, etc.). I want my new logo looking fun (after all, it is comedy), but done in such a way that it doesn't portray me as only a children's performer. I want to be able to use this logo for all audiences: children and family, along with adult corporate. I hate the idea of 5 business cards or websites -- one for the schools and libraries, one that says I'm a festival entertainer, one that says I'm a restaurant magician, etc. etc. Brian |

I have difficulty reading the H on 1 and 3 because of the type of letter, 4 is more clear, and I think the rabbit out of the hat is nicer

I like the lettering of number 4 and the rabbit in the hat on number 3. I agree with what others have said. If you are wanting to promote comedy magic having a fun logo should reflect that.

Number 1 is lovely art, but number 3 gets my vote for "really does the job"

Hey Brian,
"Personally" I like numbers 1 & 3, but as a "Marketing" guy, I would go with number 4 of the choices offered. I am at your service and in HIS Service, Deano (doing what is best, regardless of how I FEEL) in Reno <><

Number 3 is the best.
1 is a bit too busy.... 2 is a definate NO no way no how. 4 is good....but just not at the level of 3 that is not to say that either can not be tweaked to make them perfect. |

I like 3 the best, for the fun..
however 4 is still fun and the font is easier to read so personally I go 4. Timothy p.s. what a great use of this forum. p.p.s I think you'll be sending work to Logoloft. Make sure you tell them about the great feedback. |

Number 3 or 4 work best for the comedy aspect. They all look really good!

What I like about 3 is that its hiding something. You are in a business of supplying something fun.
By hiding the face of the rabbit, you are letting the client user their imagination to see its face. When they have to imagine, they project what they WANT to see. Its like telling someone about a trick instead of showing them a video. While video is cool, nothing will ever compare to their imagination. Which is why the old monster movies rock compared to today's stuff. Plus, you are bringing them into an ACTIVE role. |

Brian, I like 3 the best. My first impression of 4 was that it was the grinch coming out of the hat, not a rabbit. Just my 2 cents.
