I bought one from Martin. He was giving a lecture and made it clear that he was most excited about the Ghostwriter. It is very clever.
I think Martin said that he discovered the basic working for the Ghostwriter in Germany. It was used to affix one's e:mail address to correspondence. Martin converted it for use in magic. I don't know anything about Gary Kurtz's Ghostwriter so I cannot make comparisons. There is no flexibility with Martin's. It is used to surreptitiously stamp the name of a chosen (forced) card on a blank napkin, paper, etc. I have not used it in performance. My impression (no pun intended) is that, with a small amount of practice, it can do what it is designed to do. Gianni |
