I am coaching my nephews soccer team, does anyone have any drills for little kids?

Sounds dangerous, little kids running around with drills... Smile

I hear it can be, but what are you gonna do. My parents are the ones who signed them up for it.

depends what you mean by "kids". If they atre really young just let them enjoy kicking a ball and expressing themselves, they probably wouldn't understand tactics and formations etc and even if they did they wouldn't stick to them in an actual game.

Well Howard, they are the age that they do what we teach. But I need drills more like goalie practice, and better passing drills.

Start of by letting them kick the ball, passing then slowly correct their kicking technic. Then go into ball control, like heading and jaggling for as long as they can. Reward them when they can jagger certain number of times. It seem tough but it goes a long way.

Dun get too pyshical, let them enjoy and love the game first.

Hope that help.

And if they don't listen to you, let them have it with your boot..
