Dear Seattle,
I want to personally invite you to my lecture on February 14th, 2009.
The title of my talk will be "Original Instructions NOT Included".

In this one of a kind lecture, I will have you taking a second look at
magic that you purchased, played around with and then placed back in
the box. It's my belief that too often great magic is being 'dumbed
down' in order to appeal to a broader audience and when this happens
magicians are missing out on the true impact of an effect.

There are some ingenious props and devices out there invented over the
years by some brilliant minds but all too often when it comes to the
actual routine or presentation, something is lacking.

In this lecture I share some of the routines I have been using to make
a living in the corporate market for the past 30-year, but more
importantly - want to prove that any good effect has more potential
than most of us see at first glance.

We need to treat our magic tricks like children, by continuing to work
with them and help them grow while we ourselves mature as performers.

By taking a number of effects including some you probably already own,
I will demonstrate that with a creative approach you can breath new
life into an existing effect bringing it and your magic to a higher
performance level.
