When it comes to bending a borrowed signed coin, without any switches, the choices on the market are few. And with price tags upwards of $150-$500-$700. A simple search on the Café will tell you that these benders are worth every penny according to the pros who use them. But for those who have purchased such benders and decided they didn’t work for you, or for anyone who has been on the fence about adding a coin bend to your arsenal, the Absolute Coin Bender is the coin bender you have been waiting for.
What’s so special about the Absolute Coin Bender? Invisible bend capabilities. The ability to bend the borrowed, signed coin in real time with no sign or indication of bending actions while the audiences’ eyes are fixed on you, burning you the entire time. No awkward movements or unnatural actions. Purposeful and direct routining. No unnecessary routining ploys. Produces perfect curved bends. Coins do not look bent but instead warped. Can be done with all US coins...even silver dollars (but this is not recommended) Coin never slips out of place during the bend No extra routining items are necessary. If all you want is a Sharpie and a borrowed coin, here you go. No sleeves, jacket, shirt, or other special clothing requirement The ability for someone relatively new to magic to be able to bend a signed coin in real time with very little skill required - and astound audiences. Full routines. You won’t just learn how to bend, but also how to present. DVD instruction VERY Versatile. Versatility to use the bender in countless ways. Within more feasible affordability The Absolute Coin Bender is a practical bender that will shine a whole new light on coin bending. The versatility and capabilities of this bender and bending system will open new doors to magicians and mentalists like never before. Magic these days is all hype, with larger-than-life claims, and less than promised deliverables. For this reason I would like the help of unbiased, integrity-strong, Café members who can be trusted with a sneak peek (in the coming weeks) at some aspects pertaining to this bender. They could then give everyone a clearer understanding of how ingenious this bender is so you don’t have to take my word for it. PM me if interested. In the meantime, if anyone would like to see this bender at work, I will do something a little rare here. I will demonstrate a coin being bent with this bender in a stripped down way so that you can see the bender put a bend into a coin. I will not hide the fact that I am bending the coin. I want you to see the bend take place. Because this is an open forum, please PM me to see the video. If you have questions regarding the Absolute Coin Bender, I will answer you upfront and honestly. But please keep in mind that for obvious reasons not all questions can be answered. If you are in doubt you can PM me. |

I would like to see a performance demo. Its not the bender or the switch, even though that can be important, buts let me see the structure of your routine, then I can tell if it is truly invisible in the eyes of the spectator

You bring your hands together twice. Are both of those necessary, or can you eliminate the first one?

At the minimum, you need to carry two things, one is an ordinary item, the other is a two as one thing. Both are carried in the same pocket....and you are instantly reset after the bend.

The bend looks like a very nice curve and does seem effortless.
The thing I like about Coinvexed and apparently Coinvexed Sharpie Edition, is that the gimmicks are hidden in plain view. I wouldn't want to be taking a step backwards by worrying about trying to conceal something. Can the gimmick used here be camouflaged? A PM will be fine if there is a risk of exposure. Paul Mc.

There is camouflage used with this bender that is very well devised.
For those who already have other benders, there are some really great presentation methods and techniques with this that can be used with other benders. |

Very interesting clip and the bend seems to happen with very little effort!

Production of this is pretty far along. Distribution, whether it be wholesale, exclusive magic shops, and/or direct is being weighed. When these arrangements become finalized, the date and price can be affirmed. I can say, this will be an amazing value. I know every magic company says that about their releases. I’ll just have to earn your trust so you know you can believe me.
I do appreciate everyone’s interest, comments, support, patience & understanding as this progresses. |

I have to say that if indeed you have a tool that gives you that bend with that little of effort in real time, then you have something pretty good. However from the video it looked more like a switch to me. But we will wait and see.

There are a couple references to a video here in the last few posts, but I don't see a link for a demo video?
Is there a demo? |
