I've seen clips of Justin M. do a cut from Army of 52 (he cuts the then does a one handed cut in each hand, believe it to be a false cut), anyone know what it's called?

I believe it's called the Butterfly Cut.

Dave Forrest has a variation of the Butterfly-cut also named "Moth-cut".

Interesting, but as history shows I came up with mine and published mine wayy before david or getty did theirs (still have not seen theirs so I have no idea if we are even talking about the same thing..just the name so far). It's on my very first set of DVD's I ever put out with kozmo magic back in 2006 and the cut itself was published first in my 2005 lecture notes
