I was just reminiscing over at RNTII and I noticed something strange. It says SALE PENDING by the RNTII Company for Sale category. What does this mean?!

It means that the light is near. The darkness that has fallen these few hours may be over.

I don't believe the timming between the closing of the company and the selling of the company is a Divine coincidence. Maybe this was the way that the 2 parties, seller and buyer, agreed for the sale. Who knows...
Hopefully the IP for the cups and products, along with the tooling will ended in good hands and we continue to have another source for good quality cups. Will see ... |

Filling Jakes shoes will be no easy task*, but I'm sure someone willing to take over is confident in being able to do so well.

Buying the company is one thing. Knowing how to spin cups and keep the quality to the high standards we've enjoyed in the past is another.

I just hope that if the sale goes through, the quality of products and service will be great.

I've been kept in the dark on this, so I don't have much insight on whom it went to. All I know is that mom and dad wouldn't let it go to just anyone and the person that bought it is highly skilled and qualified to maintain quality through and through.
In the meantime, my responsibility lies with getting the last of the orders out that came in while we still owned the company. Feb 28th was the cut off date for orders only, fulfillment will continue until the very last order goes out the door. In my short time in the shop, I must say I have seen enough metal to last me a lifetime but had a lot of fun doing this. Warm Wishes, Epiphany Jean |

Epiphany,
Do you have an estimate as to how long you expect it to take to finish all the orders? |

Actually, it's Bill Palmer. He could keep everyone supplied for years without touching a lathe.
