I need to produce a 38ft x 4" raimbow streamer.
I need an apparatus small enough to make the production impressive but with a load capacity large enough for the streamer.
I need also that a spectator is holding the production item while I pull out the streamer.
Maybe the drumhead tube (Morrissey) is the best choice.
Phantom and genii tubes don't have enough capacity I believe.
Any ideas ?

The answer can be found in Ade Duval's "Rhapsody in Silk" from Magic, Inc.

I use a good size change bag.
Mossissey also sells a very nice silk streamer for a great price.
