Okay, this is probably simple to figure out, but I am not so good with math!

Assuming five unique items in each column, the are 125 possible outcomes, making the odds 124 to 1.

To be completely accurate, the odds are 124:1 against being correct.

As the original question was, "What are the odds that you are right in your prediction?" (emphasis added), the answer would be 1:124 in favor of being correct. Rarely are the odds in favor of a particular outcome quoted; it is much more common to quote the odds against a particular outcome.
