Did anyone ever watch the HBO show "Oz", about the prison? I have been working my ways thru the seasons, and its a great show. It is starting to get far-fetched in the later seasons.

Yep! Oz is one of my faves although I have to agree it's pretty far fetched you can't help getting wrapped up in it!
I'm still mad that they discontinued "Deadwood"! |

OZ was great. If you notice, Jazz (played by my friend Evan Seinfeld) is one of the "bikers" and independant of Schillinger's skinheads but layer joins them and becomes a bit Nazified. In these episodes they have to try to avoid displaying Evan's HUGE Star Of David tattoo too prominently.
OZ The only show that averages 5+ *** shots per episode but is still ok for straight guys to love. |

Evan has some great body art and without a doubt a VERY hot wife!

I got to meet him when I was in high school and he had just signed with WB records, through a friend who is a higher up at WB. I got to hang out with him when he came to town for a show and then continued to correspond with him for several years.
Funny story... The day I first met him my friend and I were telling him that he needed to make "Five Blocks To The Subway" his band's next single/video and he and Billy said that they didn't know if it would work as a single... 4 or 5 months later I received a VHS tape in the mail. Popped it in... Five Blocks To The Subway video. HE is very nice and very intelligent. I'm not a friend as in "hang out/call each other" so I may have misspoken, I met him when I was in high school and idolized him and continued to correspond with him for years after that. |

I liked Oz a lot during the early seasons, but I agree that in the last season or two it became a little hard to take. It became far fetched yet predictable, if that makes any sense.

I was trying to find the Family Guy clip where Lois says she knows what goes on in prison. The scene switches to a bunch of men in the showers singing;
Scrub-scrub here, scrub-scrub there (missing the second line, sorry) A man can scrub another man clean in the merry old land of OZ!
