Not only is the website down, the company appears to be DEAD, and the Duros appear to be living high on everybody's deposits.

They are no longer in business. As someone who emailed with Kelly Duro almost weekly, you've now heard it from me. Not sure the exact details, but the website is down and they are gone. Much to my chagrin, since I own both an iCue2 and an iCue2 Soundbox PA, and if either stops working, I don't know what I'll do.

I bailed and sold my unit cheap last week. Too bad. I thought it worked well.
I hope its new owner has success with it for years to come.

No surprise here. I had a bad experience dealing with Kelly, and with the way he did business, I'm surprised VSM lasted as long as it did.

Yes, the VSM is out of business. Yet last weekend, I saw Steve Bargatze use his for two shows flawlessly. He has two units as I do also. Yes, they still use Mini Disc but that is not a major problem.
The product was ok and filled a need and price range. It is a shame that the customer service and business practices were lacking. Richard

SoCalPro, could you also furnish me with information for repair. I bought an iQue2 in December 08 and the remote contol shorts out. I have to play with the battery (moving it around) to make it work. A few minutes later, I have to do it again. Can not do a show like that.
