Hi,

Is it possible to find refills for these decks? I have the deck, the book etc., but my cards getting pretty used up. Instead of buying a new deck, where can I find this kind of...how can I say...special thing to apply in order to make up my own deck?

Thanks

Looking for the same with Ted Lesley's Deck. Tried hobby shops to no avail, and the US chain Michael's doesn't seem to have "these" either.

The 10-point bold white size works for me.

Aubrey, why not just purchase the Boris Wild from Fun Inc. It's already made up and will save you time and maybe some money.

It is also sold by Magic Dream in France which published a book of effects using it (I think that it is in French unfortunately). There are marked deck effects however in Hugard's Encyclopedia of Card Tricks: they are so old that they are new again.

Thanks guys. The thing is, I am looking to break in a new routine that will basically destroy the deck each time I do it - so I'm looking for a cheap way to replenish the cards after the routine.

Thanks for the help!

In Europe Magic Dream sells lettraset card indices and the stuff you need for a Boris Wild deck.

Boris is touring the USA right now, if you have the opportunity, you should go and see him. It's worth more than every penny. You have no idea of what he can make with his deck: it's just astounding.

You can use a pen with correction fluid with a small point for marking.

Camirand Academy of Magic has some "official" BW Marked Deck refills that originally came with the book: http://www.camirandmagic.com/ps_009k.html

They are the ones I still use to mark some of my decks.

You can mark three of your own Bicycle decks with one refill of marking material.

You can contact Guy Camirand at camirand@camirandmagic.com for more information about the refills (price, etc...).

I hope this will help!

Best

Card Shark of Germany is IMHO able to manufacture refill cards. Ask him for prices.
An issue might be to match the exact colour of card back.

Edding 780 white paint marker works pretty fine.

Thanks a lot guys. I'll be visiting Paris in a few weeks, so I'll swing by Magic Dream to get the stuff... Smile
