I love this, particularly Mental Case. I've been using Dave's patter for the 3 things the spectator is supposed to name. It's been fine, and the little joke fits me pretty well as is. I'm curious if anyone has refined this a bit, or found a different way to motivate their naming something that will match your prediction later. Getting 3 strange predictions (plus 1) is pretty strong. I'm not a "too perfect theory" guy, but is this "too perfect"?

I bought the original booklet sometime back, is the DVD a separate purchase or anything downloadable to proven purchasers of the booklet version? ;-)
