They have some pretty decent prices on stuff, but have never heard of them before. How are they?

Just stumbled upon Magicmgmt.com myself and was wondering the same thing. They have good prices for the items I'm interested in purchasing, however I'm hesitant to order from them. I just placed an order yesterday and talked to them to confirm my order. I'll update if I remember about my experience. I stumbled on them from google - looking to get dvds by Matthew Dowden, and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Yes prices are something to take notice.

I just ordered some items from them last evening; e-mail acknowldgement came right away. They have only one shipping option, which seemed to be a bit more costly than most online sellers. I will post again when I receive my order and comment on accuracy and promptness.

I ordered from them once got item only thing is their prices are low because they make up for it by charging high on the shipping

My order arrived yesterday via FedEx. It was complete, accurate and carefully packaged. I would be willing to order from them again. However, by my calculation I paid a bit more than 10 cents a mile shipping and the average rate of arrival was at less than one-half mile per hour. Your mileage may vary.

I placed an order on Aug 16th, 2009 for five items. Recieved an immediate email confirming my order. Hadn't heard ANYTHING by Sept 3rd so I sent an email asking for any information. Got an email from FedEx (not MAGICMGMT.COM) with tracking info and that was it. Package delivered on Sept 9th. Two of the five items back ordered (that was written on the invoice) that "should" ship in the next two weeks and no other info. I have not contacted them about this, because I already have and their response was no direct contact. I am not impressed at all by the level of customer service. I gave them a chance and in my opinion they failed spectacularly! As a side note, I placed anouther order that same night with Hank Lee's Magic Factory and had it in my hands by Aug 20th. Great service as always.
