There has never been a true story told on the Jerry Springer show. It's all made up. I don't watch it however it's too stupid to watch. |

Springer himself says that he would never watch his own show, but that it is not targetted at people like him (you can google search for the interview). About MagicSanta, he has been telling us the same story since at least July of 2008. See the link below. So if he is pranking us, he is sure investing a lot of time on this. http://www.themagiccafe.com/forums/viewt......=5641154 Santa said: I've had my wifes family friend living on my couch since 2001 when he came for a weekend. He won't leave and I don't have the heart to kick anyone to the street but he won't bother making a living and pays not a dime toward staying here (he works as a retail clerk in a job I got him) but hits casinos nightly. He moved in in California, I left the state figuring he'd be gone, he came 'for a visit' over a year ago....we had basically four months without him being a presence on the couch. The point? His mother sends him rent money, buys his cars, pays his insurance on said car, but he has no money to pay toward the cell phone my wife got him (yes we are suckers and too nice). The rub is while I have to work my arse off to make my way through life, as do most of us, he doesn't have a worry in the world. His parents are around 70 and are worth about $30 million and so even if they live long lives right around his retirement age he'll be loaded. Life is sweet eh? Oh, as an added bonus he is a very litigious and vidictive little maggot who if he feels he is being pushed out does fun things like file law suits, calls police on anything just to cause a scene, will contact employers trying to cause problems, all that fun stuff. He presently owes my wife almsot ten grand in 'back rent', airline tickets, cell phone, you name it. Anyone want him? Oh, he can share a room with your daughter, he isn't interested in what she has....but keep an eye on your sons.

Actually I'm sure Santa is telling us the truth but maybe with some added things here and there. It is the type of thing that you really can't just make up.
I don't buy Jerry Springer saying it's not all made up. It is. If he wants to keep making the money he does for the show he has to say that. |

Yes you can make all this stuff up.
Santa has a character he nourishes...his own. (Very entertaining.)

I believe Santa about this bludger. I have known similar people and certainly known the power they can have over people through their vindictiveness.
There comes a time though, where it's better to risk the consequences than let the misery continue. Of course when Santa is incarcerated I will say he didn't have to listen to my advice. Destiny |

Call the local news, see if they want a cool human interest story. Maybe shame him out?

If you do exterminate the guy you will end up with free room and board and sex (ahem). At least for a while.

Everything I've said is true. I should say I let him get away with staying in California because my wife was so ill and he didn't work at the time and she felt better having someone around. She wants him gone and I admit this is my one bad spot. What I planned on doing was call the animal control and sheriff etc and just tell them to expect calls and notify everyone he will likely try to cause problems with. I care less about his antics than having to clean up the mess. Lets face it, my wife is on disability and it is completely legit but if he reports it as a fraud it stops as does her medical until they prove it is legit, which it is. I'll give you another example of his antics. He went on state disability and stayed on it for a decade, when California threatened to toss him off his letter would zip off a letter and it would extend. Finally they paid him off just to get him out of the program, a big five digit pay off, not bad for nothing. He loaned a woman he knows a couple grand, one of those loands only a fool thinks they will see paid back. So my couch guy goes to the son of this lady who is working his way through school as a trainer and asks him to train him but he doesn't want to pay the fees charged at 24 Hour Fitness but was willing to pay like a third of that....after all, his mother owns money! So the kid says he would do it and couch guy shows up one maybe two times. The mother of the kid upsets couch guy by not listening to him, a sin in his eyes, and calls up 24 Hour Fitness and reports the kid for training him off the books and the kid was fired! I just am a wuss I guess.
(Doug, not that it matters but I'd be happy to give you my wifes cell phone number and you can call and ask her about the accuracy of anything I said about this or anything else) |

I forgot to say I do have a whimpy plan. Once someone is sucker enough to hire me I am going to tear down the house (note to Justin, I don't lease, I own this joint outright) and build a new one as this one is just very old and falling apart and it is cheaper to replace it. So he'll have no choice but to move out or get bulldozed and then when the new place is built I just won't let him back in.

OK...I buy it of you say so.
So I have THE plan. You're a smart guy. Expect a PM. Keep it to yourself please. If you don't think it's viable then so be it. Otherwise it's not only a way out, It's a way you can cash in.

What if you start holding revival meetings in the lounge - or have the Jehovah's Witnesses round constantly for a good old soul saving.
Is there a local version of the God Hates Fags Church? Get them round - or Exodus? - those people that help gays find their inner straight. The 'former' homosexuals - cough. Destiny |

He found one of those churches a few years ago that said if he wasn't practicing homosexuality he isn't. So he now claims to be straight, with the exception of a couple hours a month I'm guessing. He is one of those guys who hears something and thinks "well, your family has a right to know" and then if the person doesn't tell their family, he does. I am of the opinion that there is very little 'a family' needs to know outside of the house. I stay mum I tells ya.
