Charlie is a full time pro busker who travels the world. I had the pleasure to meet him some years ago in london and shared the pitch at magicians corner and at the london eye spot. he's not just extremely talent but he's a real nice guy.

His performance made quite a buzz here in Sweden. Nobody have heard about him before - and all of a sudden... I am really happy for Charlie, he's got talent!

Any one know where you can buy the effect or the name of it where the silk retracts to form a rose?

Bravo Charlie. I have been studying this art for a long time. Boy, do I wish I could come up with something that wonderful! It's such an inspiration to see guys like this (reminds me of someone like David Kaplin), well thought out, and well executed.

Does any one know the effect he does where the silk transforms into a rose same as silk to rose but in reverse? I use rose to silk quite a bit but would be great to finish the act with makeing silk return to rose thanks in advance.

great work charlie anyone know if he is a member here?

Thanks for sharing. I wasn't able to follow the link from sdmagic but I found this one. It is a promotional video but it shows some great stuff, like a can of pop from his shoe, and the end of his cups and balls routine. Fantastic stuff!

Cheers everyone. I'm glad you liked it. I spent an absurdly large part of march making ideas I've had since the beginning of the century real (yup, actually true about the century) and putting them into that act. It feels so good to finally see fruits of hard labour.

The self tying bowtie was conceived during talks with amazing magician Danny Cole at a magic festival in Spain a few years back.

Cheers
