Hi!!!
yesterday I received a call, from the Public Relationist of Coca-Cola here in my town. She wanted 2 shows in the Worker´s day here in my country. Any idea using the inherent ideas behind Coca-Cola? I've already had a few sets(Mentalism and Magic). I will do Magic. I want to give a good moment of relaxation and activation of the mind. (It's in the morning, 7:30 am.) Any idea ? thanks!

I don't have any of this products.
I am thinking in a signed card in a bottle , with a production of the bottle . or "ID Card in a Impossible Location".

Coin in a soda can.
If you have a vanishing bottle, you can turn the bottle into a can, back and forth, so that they think there are both in the bag at the same time, crumble the bag and then do the coin in the can.

I didn't see it on this thread, so I suggest the classic coin in bottle, using an empty coke bottle.

Remember that Pablo is in Chile. Props designed with Coke products in the USA are not a match.
Pablo, I think you will have to use local product containers. The easiest are productions of the actual product. If you body load, the possibilities are endless. Just start with silks, newspapers, magazines, menus, table napkins, etc. One of my favorites is to open a letter, turn it around to show the picture of the product, then turn it back around to show the actual product. They are all great covers for body load productions. Depending on your skills with cup and ball, do a one cup / one ball routine with an inverted can of Coke. At the end, Set the can upright and zip the tab and pour out a glass of real Coke. Of box and tube magic, there are dozens of ways to produce a Coca-Cola. I made TV commercials using some. Of soft silk and bag methods, for decades, I have used THIS. Now the new THIS (Improved) blows the doors off the ones for the 70's and the knockoffs out there. Do get silk rather than some cheap synthetic one. The hard opaque nylon knockoffs don't fool anyone in the audience. Having had experience doing what you are about to do, I do have one word of technical advice. This product is very subject to the heat of hot lights and hands. The carbon dioxide can get to be a problem and cause the liquid to spray, spew, and spill over on you and your other props. Leaking off some of the carbon dioxide can save a mess. Good Luck! Coca-Cola is a great client to have. I loved it. Bob Sanders Magic By Sander |

This effect is a pretty good one.
I'm still using it in my shows. The prop can be use to produce a silk and also for a transformation to a smaller bottle. http://www.perfectmagic.com/p-1133-vanis......tle.aspx

No matter what effects you decide to do. I suggest only doing one or two with Coke props. Then stick to what you do best.

Pablo,
Sorry to hear your show got cancelled. Stick with Coca-Cola, if you can. They can be a great client. Bob Sanders Magic By Sander |
