Everyone on this forums probably knows about them, so I would like to know what effects have you learned, because I can only vanish a ribbon and make appear a rose of that colour Smile Smile

Get one of the many booklets on TTs, they're only a few dollars and teach many tricks.

A BILL SWITCH is without doubt my favourite effect with a TT, and it is well worth learning the method which is well documented on video.

Please ask me if you'd like any more information about it.

Best wishes,

Brian.

Klaus's bill switch is well-described in Ammar's Encore III. And, yes, Magictrickster, it's got to be one of my favorites, too.

Also, vanishing a signed silk and finding it in a dinner roll is good...

Just a simple silk-from-bare-hand production pleases a lot of people. Don't forget the stunts, like balancing a card on the back of your hand. There's SO much you can do with a TT!

If you love TT, try something different and better than TT, J.S.Berry's Eclipse..

Great handling and effect...

Roger Klause has a wonderful effect where a sponge ball vanishes and appears INSIDE the coat sleeve that the spectator is wearing. I truly enjoy Roger's straight-forward approach to making magic look magical. The sponge ball routine is taught in his Greater Magic video from Steven's Magic... WELL worth investing in!

Liquid vanishes and re-appearances are good. The very first TT effect I witnessed, was a lit match that disappeared... simple, yet amazingly magical looking.

I do the "Pea Can" effect using a TT. Making a liquid appear out of your bare hand has always shocked and pleased my audiences for years. Try it once and I think it will become a TT favorite of yours.

But irosall, you'll have to keep your hand down always, right? So that the liquid doesn't fall!?

Blitz,
You need to read Gary Darwin in the worst way. He's written more on the TT than anyone who's ever lived!

Hello,

There is a three volume video series entitled "Rules of Thumb." Many techniques and effects including how to make your own TT. I believe that these tapes are still available.
Take Care,

Vincent
