Would anyone know where I can obtain the plastic or rubber disk for this monte effect?

I think this commonly called "Hungarian Monte" and I doubt that there are commercially available props for this. I've been looking too, and all I can find is that they're made from either heavy shoe leather or semi-hard rubber. I haven't found the right source for materials either.
No trees were killed in the making of this message, but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

I went to Ikea ... got some round coasters ... and glued two together (3 times)

I've seen someone (with 2 stooges around) doing that 3 disks monte in a hot street of Paris one time, they were trying to cheat with tourists; it was 10 years ago, the man was doing it on the ground and the moves were not like those of the 3cards monte. I could'nt follow anything . I don't know if he was Hungrian but had a east european accent. Never seen them again; not like some other places of Paris where others cheat with tree cards monte since a century and keep on Smile
