For a gambling demonstration following 'The Lorraine Poker Deal', Fulves 'Speed Stacking' from 'Best Self Working Card Tricks' is one of the best self workers I've come across. You can arrange the aces from the previous mystery, crimp the bottom card are you are away. It looks like an impossible feat of pure skill but is simple to perform and presented correctly can used an effective closer.
