Hello Everyone,

I don’t know if I saw a video of this or at a dealer shop or a website. (I am getting Old) I know I saw an effect like Mona Lisa McComb that used TV shows instead of paintings, it ended with survivor. Does anyone know what this is called or if it is a marketed effect? I don’t recall where or when I saw it but I know I did.

I'm pretty sure Rusty developed that himself based off the McComb routine.

Yeah it is looking that way Mac. Very nice routine though, and would fit in well with my movie time theme.
I might just e-mail Rusty and check into it.

Mystery solved, the routine is Rusty's and not commercial. Enough said,,, and thank you all for looking and checking into this with me. I will PM back the ones who PMed me saying they would like to know as well.

No reason you can't come up with a routine yourself, Rusty did. Just keep on looking for inspiration and you will find it.

Thanks Mac, I myself invent effects and have some on the market today, the issue is McComb is a marketed effect by Black Rabbit. Although I like Mona Lisa, I don't like the premise it is just too stiff for me as a presentation piece. I already have a marketed effect out called Movie Time that uses a movie theme, Rusty's cards would have complemented my own effect in my show.

Now since Rusty has decided not to release his version of Mona I honor that. You are right there are other opportunity and options out there. I do have to hand it to Rusty his version is SO SO much more to my liking then the Mona paintings.
