Hi,
Is there a method to change two copper coins held in spellbound position to two silvers? If you can point me in the right direction great. |

Try adapting "Presto Chango" from Bobo's MCM to that position. It isn't hard to make the change, and it looks good.

2 at the same time.
Curtis, I am using the gaff used in Presto Chango and I do change the coins the Presto way for now but I'm trying to hold the two coins and seemingly wave my hand over them standard spellbound way to make the change. I'm playing around with ways to do it but its hard to flip the cs and do a standard change with the regular cain at the same time as they're both held together, but I will find a way. |

A few examples of Presto Chango can be found on the New York COin Magic Seminar DVD series, in the copper silver group. There are also ways to turn two copper one silver into two silver one copper!

Consider this: You're showing the C and the c/s in SB position at the LFT's. They're together, in a spread. Unknown to the audience, there's a S behind these coins, easily hidden by the spread. The S is in the middle of the two coins. (See Gary Kurtz's "Trio" for the use of this position just before he produces one coin from between two)
Show your RH empty. As it waves over the coins, the C is stolen into RTP, and the c/s is rotated to become s/c. If you separate the coins to show the change, it's a simple mater to reload the extra as you put them back into spread position. After the second change, you could separate the coins, then have them change while separated, twirl the c/s over at the FT's of one hand, and do an EG-EG switch at the FT's of the other. Build to a suitable climax BYFM.
