Does anyone use this method? Just wondering what kind of reception this gets from those who have performed with it?
Many thanks! |

I use this and for lay people it gets great responses. Do not underestimate the simplicity of this method. I use this with a shogun wallet where you show the wallet empty then when you are ready you can show the DB in the other side of the wallet. So a card has appeared in the wallet then you remove the card and do the DL and show them their card ended up in the wallet. Easy and effective

I usually do card to pocket this way. Immediately after I do an effect in which I can reditch the DB.

I created a trick with a 3 card selection. I said the cards will jump from the deck to my outer jacket (or shirt) pocket. I gestured. Then will fly out of my pocket... Which they just did, landing FACE DOWN (hahah) on the floor. Picked 'em up placed on top of deck and turned 'em over... you know the rest... 3 DB'S of course.

Huh. I had never considered card to wallet with this method before, but after reading this topic, I played around with it a bit and it seems like a great idea!
Thanks for the food for thought! Joe Libby San Antonio, TX

You have to provide motivation for removing the card from the wallet and placing it back on the deck, only to then turn it over to show its face. Overcome that and you have a nice effect.

Instead of a Shogun wallet ($45.00) will this also work with a Z Fold Wallet? Yeah, I know, it's not as pretty, and looks noting like a real wallet, but will the effect be pretty much the same?

If you're using a himber, take a moment to close the wallet and/or return the wallet to your pocket.
