Hello Friends,
I sold about 20 units in this pre sale time, I will send the coins in a few days starting Friday, tomorrow I will shoot a small video to send to all who bought the coin. What I expect of the pre sale costumers is his feedback about advantadges or not of the new supertuc. And if you have new routines as well. Thank you very much for your continue support. |

The hasn't been much talk here about the poker chip version of TUC. Anyone using this?
On another thread the set of chips with an [ shell is mentioned that can match the TUC. I am exploring having Mr. Tango also provide a two-sided chip ala C/S If these could be made from high-quality chips provided my the user form your "home set" then many C/S and CSB effects could be performed with these "found objects" as a diversion from your weekly Hold-Em event ot seem "more natural" to spectators than silver coins.

If my understanding is correct, given mr Tango's description, the super TUC is a TUC that is more examinable ? Will it be available in TUC copper/silver ? If yes, maybe I will buy the super TUC instead of the TUC, (although I may need more details in order to see if it's worth the extra money, or I will go with TUC).

Don't have mine to play with yet, but I believe it is more examinable than a combo of a coin and Exp [ -- not more examinable than the TUC.
The TUC can be handled by a spectator in many situations. The desire to add additional capabilities to the TUC by adding a Shell of some sort led to the creation of Shimmed Slippery Sam that would adhere to the TUC and allow "tossing around." However, this could hardly be handled by a spectator. Thus, this new gimmick is an improvement of the SHimSlip, not on the TUC. I am wondering why the new gimmick cannot be purchased independently and added to any TUC. I will know soon and share here. I have already created effects in which the use of an Exp [ can allow for switching in a TUC or masking its existence. The fact that this new Super Shell can be used with another coin and then hidden on the TUC will open new doors, but all will assume proficiency with the TUC alone.

I've had a Super TUC for a couple days. Examinable is probably not a good choice of words as it's no more examinable than any coin with an exp shell, nor is it intended to be.
It's meant to make it possible to casually toss the coin from one hand to another or flip it in the air. Any other uses are yet to be determined. |

Ooh! Super TUC- I don't use a lot of gimmicked coins, but I was an early and vocal advocate for the original TUC, and it's still my favorite go-to secret coin device, if I'm in need of a versatile tool. I think it is superior to most other classic coin gaffes, and I'm pretty stoked to hear what TANGO has up it's sleeve! I hope it will come in a soft Morgan flavor!

My set is soft Morgan.
I emailed a photo of my existing Morgan's to Marcelo and he matched them really well. Even the dates match the photo and all dates on the TUC set are the same. Can't even get that from Lassen in most cases. |

I immediately began experimenting with the degree of "Balance" between the Security of the Lock and the Flexibility of control.
I am hoping all of the various sizes of this Combo will work the same - something that may require communication or reporting to a standard. I have an IKE dollar set. These Balance factors are noted. 1) The Locking Shell (LS??) can be overlapped by 3/4 of the TUC without a "scuddle action" on the Head side and 7/8 on the Tail side. 2) Even on the "Set Position" of the tails (non-locking) the TUC can be picked up by the LS from the palm temporarily for a Load or False Count. 3) In the Locking Position on the Head side the Combo can be freely tossed about or place on a spectator's palm. 4) The Lock can be disengaged with a natural Shake unless the Leaf is removed from the TUC, in which case the Lock is permanent. This means that for a Triple Split, the LS must be removed first. I would be interested to know from other "beta testers" is these parameters hold true.

For those others exploring/testing the Super TUC, I have sent Mr. Tango a draft copy of 17 pages with four effects and many suggested ideas on Features, Attributes, Handling and sleights.
Any of you who wish a copy to help fuel your creativity may be able to request a copy from him. I had a head start by considering effects for the Slippery Shell and various TUC. Now we all need some fresh eyes and ideas.

Mine has yet to arrive, as I chose the slower mail route. Those of us who did likewise will have to wait a bit more to get cracking on it, but definitely looking forward to it.

I haven't yet bougt a TUC (I hesitate between half dollar TUC and C/S TUC). But out of curiosity, what would happen if I use the Raven (or Event Horizon) on the TUC ? Only the shell is attracted to the Raven or the insert+shell ?

Both -- the Shell if magnetic and the Leaf is shimmed. You can stack several TUC on a hidden "mag" for a Steal,
and the same goes for a vanish. With the new Super TUC the extra Shell is shimmed in a balanced manner so that the attraction varies when stacked or nested. Thus, that TUC may have to be Lock position to work with a Raven.
